The Eastover Town Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at 4:00PM at the Eastover Community Center at 4008 School St. to discuss a resolution regarding the transfer of water from the Cape Fear River Basin to the Neuse River Basin by the towns of Apex, Cary, Morrisville, and Wake County.
